Qualifying questions before booking
The agent can ask qualifying questions, for example whether the customer plans to sell within six months. Only those who confirm are booked for a call.
Confirmation and rescheduling
After booking, a confirmation is sent by SMS. The customer can reply, move the time or ask questions before the call.
No-shows are rebooked
Anyone who did not show up gets an SMS that follows up and books a new time.
A no is also an answer
Someone who is not interested can say so in one message, and is taken out of the next call round. You get a status on the rest: relevant later or wrong contact details.
Automatic stop
The dialogue stops when the reason for it is gone, for example on a purchase or sale.
Separate script per office and lead type
Each lead type gets its own first message and its own agent. Script and tone are set per office.
Measured against a control group
Test and control groups are drawn at random from the same list in the same period. The difference in booked calls is then the effect of SMS.
Integration when it adds value
Start with an export. With an integration, new leads come in via API or webhook, and bookings are written back to the CRM.
The customer's own language
The agent holds the conversation in the language the customer writes in.
